I like this but have reservations. I like the idea of adding vibration to red light as a therapeutic approach, and I was excited to get this vibration belt. In use, I find it’s OK but I have reservations.
I already have the Nebula red light belt (the regular, non-vibrating one), and I really like that. It’s comforting and warming. My health issue is chronic upper right abdominal pain and I can feel it doing me good. This vibrating belt doesn’t feel as warm even on the max setting. I am not keen on the plasticky covering that goes against the skin. The vibration is extremely noisy which I hadn’t expected. To get the lights against my right side means doing it up behind me and the pocket for the control pack is behind me when it’s in place, so I can’t fix the control pack to it.
I need to be patient with the control buttons. Sometimes they work, sometimes not.
All that said, once I’ve succeeded in getting the battery charged up and the belt struggled into place and overcome the reluctant buttons, I find the warmth and vibration do bring a relief from pain. So overall I’m glad I got it but it’s not as good as I hoped. I was expecting it would be like the normal Nebula belt bit with added vibration, but there are considerable differences.
