Marathon Juicing Charity Event
We are happy to announce that our Nebula Grande Slow Juicers were used by ‘Blend It Juice Bar’ (https://blenditshop.co.uk) in a marathon juicing charity event, held on Sunday and Monday the 13th and 14th of June 2021. 1000 juices were made over 2 days using just the Nebula Grande machines – they worked hard!!
The charity marathon juicing event made 1000 juices with 5 Nebula Grande Slow Juicers for the staff of a local disability trust called Treloar (www.treloar.org.uk) which enables education for disabled young people.
A selection of 5 healthy variants were juiced by the ‘Blend It’ team.
What went through the 5 juicers in just 2 days:
- 1000 Apples
- 200 Oranges
- 80 Pineapples
- 300 Lemons
- 800 Carrots
- 200 Beetroots
- 400 Celeries
- 200 Cucumbers
- 8kg of Ginger
- 1kg of Mint
- 1kg of Basil
- 20 large bags of Spinach
- 20 large bags of Kale
We are pleased the event was very successful and enjoyed by everyone.
