Comforting and healing

I bought this primarily to address abdominal pain from a chronic gut condition, and I find it very helpful. Using it reduces pain and is very comforting; it brings a sense of wellbeing. It's easy to use and effective. I wish the supplied elastic strap to hold it in place had been a little longer, but mostly I can use the clothes I'm wearing to keep the light pad in place against my skin. I'm glad I bought this and highly recommend it.

Superb customer service

Over time I’ve bought the whole range of Red Light Therapy devices sold by Nebula appliances, including some bought as presents for family members. I’m delighted with the quality of them all.
I had an issue with a wrong power supply with one of the belts, caused at manufacturing/packing, but after emailing the company, I was sent one in the next post. Superb customer service!
