Air fryer chicken thighs
The air fryer is a great way to prepare chicken thighs that are juicy and crispy on the outside. To give the dish the perfect finishing touch, a spicy coating is applied. Air fryers circulate hot air around chicken thighs, creating a crispy outer layer while locking in moisture. The spicy coating adds a flavourful kick to the dish.

Ingredients
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp mixed herbs
- ½ tsp garlic granules (optional)
- 4 chicken thighs, bone in
- 1 tsp olive oil
Directions
- STEP 1
The paprika should be combined in a bowl with herbs and garlic granules, if using. It should also be combined with ½ tablespoon of salt and ½ tablespoon of black pepper. Disperse on a plate. The chicken thighs should be rubbed with oil and coated with the spice mix.
- STEP 2
Put the chicken in the basket of your air fryer and cook it, skin-side down, for 10 minutes at 180°C. Ensure that the skin is crispy and cooked through by turning it over after 10-15 minutes. If the juices run clear when pierced with a knife, the chicken is cooked. If you wish to prevent the skin from softening, remove it from the air fryer immediately.
