Nebula Grande Spinning Basket

Seems to work great from what I read so I bought a Nebula cold press juicer and it's missing the spinning basket part straight out of the box. I go online to buy one of their replacement parts and it's sold out. Can't get ahold of anyone either since there is no phone number for this company anywhere.

Old one was pretty clogged up, we use it at least once a day for 13 months and I changed to the fibre strainer. This produced sludge so ordered a replacement fine strainer - I hadn’t realised how bad the old one had got! Back to super juicing and glad I decided to replace it. Let’s gave it, you don’t use the same vacuum bag for a year or not replace a bag less filter ! Excellent.
